Welcome to Onda – Land & Water Therapy.
Our mission is to provide authentic land and water therapies that relieve pain, restore posture, and ease stress, connecting body and mind through genuine care.
Please take a moment to read the following guidelines. Your acknowledgment at the end confirms your understanding and consent to receive services.
1. How to Prepare for a Session
-
Please arrive clean and fresh, free from strong odors or fragrances, to ensure a comfortable experience for both client and therapist.
-
Wear comfortable clothing and remove jewelry before your session. Onda is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
-
Hydrate well and enjoy a light meal, ideally two hours before your appointment.
-
Onda is a non-smoking studio. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
-
If you are booked for a water-based therapy, please inform your therapist of any health conditions that may affect your balance, breathing, or mobility.
-
Clients are responsible for sharing any recent injuries, surgeries, or changes in health that could affect treatment or any condition that may pose a risk to the therapist and others.
-
Clients experiencing any contagious condition, including cold, flu, stomach virus, coronavirus, shingles, or skin infection, must reschedule the session once the condition has resolved.
Sessions are confirmed 1–2 days before your scheduled appointment.
2. What to Expect During and After
-
Each session begins with a brief conversation to understand your goals, areas of tension, and health considerations.
-
You will remain appropriately draped at all times; only the area being worked on will be uncovered. The genital area is never exposed or touched.
-
Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow your body and mind to settle before the session begins.
-
Clients arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave and charged in full.
-
Inappropriate comments or behavior, including any sexually suggestive remarks, requests, or actions, will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may lead to permanent refusal of future services.
-
After your session, drink water, rest, and avoid heavy exercise or direct sun exposure for at least six hours following deep or heat-based work.
Mild soreness or sleepiness afterward is normal, your body is recalibrating and integrating.
3. Session Etiquette
-
Please silence your phone or any electronic devices to preserve a calm atmosphere.
-
Respect the quietness of the space and the shared intention of restoration.
-
Arriving late may shorten your session, as appointments end at their scheduled time. The full session fee still applies.
-
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Missed or late-canceled appointments will be billed in full.
-
Clients must provide accurate health information and reschedule if experiencing any contagious illness (cold, flu, COVID-19, shingles, etc.).
Clients showing signs of contagious conditions or infection upon arrival will be asked to reschedule, and the session will be 50% billed.
4. Wellness Advice & Studio Safety
-
Onda’s goal is to support your long-term well-being through relaxation, mobility, and self-awareness.
