WHAT IS THE SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE?

WHERE THERAPEUTIC PRECISION MEETS AQUATIC RESTORATION

Our Signature Experience unfolds over three transformative sessions: it begins with a soothing On-Land relaxation massage, moves into a focused Therapeutic Session tailored to your needs, and concludes with Onda Therapy, our signature deep-relaxation experience.

We start on-land.

During the first sessions, the focus is on getting to know your body in detail: identifying areas of tension, exploring movement restrictions, and mapping the patterns that need attention. Through targeted therapeutic work, we address pain, soothe irritated tissues, and develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. This phase also allows your nervous system to build trust and familiarity with the process before entering the water.

Then, we transition into in-water sessions.

Once the foundation is set, the work naturally shifts into the warm saltwater pool. Here, the goal is stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and full-body decompression. The weightlessness of water allows your deeper patterns to soften, making space for emotional ease, spacious breathing, and profound relaxation.

In essence, this experience treats the roots first, then the layers above: Pain is addressed on land. Stress is released in water.

Together, they create a therapeutic arc that supports the whole person, physically, emotionally, and neurologically, for lasting change, not temporary relief.

Water sessions are seasonal because the pool is outdoors and the experience requires stable, warm temperatures. In the colder months, stepping out of warm water into cold air can create an uncomfortable thermal shock, which works against the calm, regulated state the treatment is designed to support.

Book land sessions anytime. Water therapy is seasonal and returns every Spring.
